ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders within Australia qualify for free shipping over $50, with a $10 flat rate applied to orders under this threshold. Unfortunately, we are unable offer warehouse pickup at this time.

DELIVERY COSTS & EXPECTED SHIPPING TIME

Standard delivery times are calculated via Australia Post and excludes time spent in customs as well as unforeseeable delays. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and costs are calculated at a flat rate on a per country basis.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER IMPORT TAXES

 

For all international orders please be aware that there may be import taxes as well as brokerage fees and duties in place. OFFWORLD AESTHETIC is unable to cover these fees and are payable by the customer. In the event an international parcel is returned due to unpaid import costs or any other reason the destination country has declined acceptance of an order OFFWORLD AESTHETIC will provide a refund (excluding postage) upon return and receipt of the order.

All orders are shipped on an ASAP basis. If there is any expected, foreseeable delays you will be contacted with details and an estimated time for when your order will be shipped. Please note that made-to-order items including commissions may take longer to prepare than ready-made items.
